At the ceremony in which the Vienna Philharmonic donated instruments to Sinfonía por el Peru, Placido Domingo - as honorary member of Sinfonía por el Peru - congatulates the Sinfonía por el Peru. The ceremony took place at the embassy of Austria in Lima.
